Beloved by millions for his iconic role as Perd Hapley on NBC’s hit comedy Parks & Recreation. Known for his deep, commanding voice, Jay has also won over fans as Mike Waters on ABC’s Scandal and appeared in popular shows like CBS’s Supergirl and Shonda Rhimes’ The Catch.
With over 22 years of real-life experience as a TV anchor, it’s no surprise Jay has portrayed a reporter in 21 different TV and film roles, including Revenge and Pretty Little Liars. Beyond acting, Jay is a talented jazz musician and runs a company in Los Angeles helping future broadcasters refine their craft.
